Nikki started her career in advertising at Saatchi & Saatchi, dabbling with Creme eggs and a lot of Flakes.
After chocolate whet her creative appetite, she went on to DDB London and immersed herself in the wonderful world of Volkswagen, Harvey Nichols, Marmite and Financial Times, winning her the first in a string of UK and international awards.
Nikki was part of the newly minted adam&eveDDB creative department for several years, continuing to create work on VW, Harvey Nicks and John Lewis before heading off to BBH London.
For 7 years at BBH, Nikki spent her time mentoring teams, pitch winning, writing work for Barclays and Audi, whilst being promoted to creative director of Martell Cognac, Dulux paint and Refuge.
In 2021, she joined Pablo London to creative direct their newest and biggest account win, Deliveroo, bringing her back to her first love-Food.
Nikki's work as a writer and creative director has garnered Golds and Silvers at UK and International awards, including D&AD, Cannes, Campaign BIG and Clios.
