During Jo’s PR career she’s delivered award-winning work for a spectrum of brands, including Xbox, npower and Marie Curie Cancer Care. A champion for women in creativity, Jo became one of the first female Creative Directors in the PR industry and co-founded the inaugural Creative Mentoring Project with PR Week to nurture creative talent in PR and bring greater diversity into the role.

She has transformed Fever’s creative output and culture during her time as Creative Director. Putting an astute understanding of the cultural zeitgeist and a philosophy that ‘creativity should never be siloed’ at the heart of the agency’s creative approach has been the catalyst for award-winning campaigns for brands including PlayStation and NOW TV.
