Dipesh released a hamster in an agency to get his foot in the industry. It’s that kind of irreverence he’s built his career on, making it ​an integral part of his work and life.  After making a name for himself at Digital Agency of the Decade, Dare, followed by a good stint at M&C Saatchi, he joined Brave where he’s an ACD / Art Director.  Dipesh has picked up his fair share of awards, but gets more kicks from creating work that help​s shift and change culture for the better. Career defining moments include trying to show the funny side of mental health. Helping launch Brixton Finishing School with their first campaign. Turning overgrown lockdown locks into a donation mechanic for The Little Princess Trust and John Frieda. And forcing Mattel, Hasbro and Disney to adopt a zero-deforestation policy, saving an Indonesians rainforest from destruction.  Most recently he helped win 250K in media for Brave’s kinkiest client, Lovehoney in the Oceans’ competition. Oh, he was also banned from LinkedIn for using a dildo as a mic.
