For the last 12 months, Rob has been setting up award-winning ‘end-to-end’ experience agency, AmazeRealise. He currently manages a creative department of nearly 40 creatives across four offices in the UK – Manchester, Edinburgh, Liverpool and London, with a fifth office recently opening in Chicago in the US.
He believes in listening before speaking, the abolition of marketing jargon, the renaissance of ideas and craft in our industry, and that all work should be as effective as it is beautiful.
Rob has held some diverse and enviable agency roles, including Creative Director at AMV BBDO, Rapier, KIttcatt Nohr Digitas, 23red, LIDA, Wunderman, Publicis, TBWA\GGT and FCB.
“As a northerner running four creative departments, three of which are outside London, I want to prove that big agencies, from the big capital, with their bigger budgets, do not have the monopoly on big ideas that work. I will be looking for craft, depth of thinking and how effective or measurable the work was.”
