Over the last 15 years, Ashika has worked in the UK and Australia, on digital and integrated campaigns for household name brands. A natural polymath, Ashika has a grounding in everything from coding and strategy to creative concept and content production. In line with the rapid evolution of digital and content over the last decade, she has curated and led diverse teams that sit within the overall integrated agency offering, ensuring ongoing business relevancy.

Recently she launched the krow content studio, leading in the production of quality inhouse content for food and lifestyle brands.
Most of all Ashika is fascinated by the role creativity has to play in the human experience and is most excited to see how brands can have a real impact on real people.
She has previously been listed in the BIMA Hot 100 and Campaign/Creative Equals Future Leaders: One to Watch.
