Andrew has spent his time as ENGINE CSO leading digital and customer engagement transformation projects, more latterly focusing on building the business’s Brand & Experience Consultancy practice and establishing ENGINE’s state-of-the-art inhouse user research lab to ensure products and services are informed by and meet customer needs. Clients include E.ON, Costa Coffee, Open Banking, Prudential, DIT and Red Bull.
Over the past 20 years Andrew has gained experience across a variety of sectors, majoring in financial services, retail, technology and automotive. He’s been the strategic force behind numerous brands re-evaluating the role of digital in their business, repositioning themselves or creating new services, including Lowell, RBS, ScottishPower, Zurich, and AutoTrader. His background spans digital, direct and advertising with stints at leading agencies Publicis and Isobar.
Andrew writes thought leadership for key media, mentors individuals and has advised several start-ups.
