Shaun Moran has been a Creative Director for longer than he likes to admit (for the purpose of this bio, about 18 years). In that time, he’s helped grow a six-person start-up into a 70 people strong agency with one of the best creative reputations in the industry. He then joined a large agency that hadn’t won as much as a raffle in years, and helped turn it into an award-winning agency in less than three years. He’s now a co-founder in his own agency – Soul – and is hoping to repeat what he’s achieved elsewhere.
